Privacy

What we collect. When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your country and city, the procedure you are interested in, your budget band, your travel dates, your preferred contact channel and language, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent string, which we use to block automated abuse.

What we deliberately do not collect. There is no file upload anywhere on this site. We do not ask for photographs, scans or medical records, and we cannot accept them. Those belong between you and the surgeon you choose, and asking for them would mean storing health data we have no need to hold.

What we do with it. We pass your enquiry to clinics on our vetted list whose specialty and location match what you asked for, so that they can reply to you directly. That is the entire purpose of the form and it is stated on the form itself. We do not sell your details to advertisers, we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, and we do not pass anything to clinics outside our vetted list.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for two years so that we can answer questions about what was sent and to whom, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time, by replying to any email from us or writing to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Your language and theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. The free tools run entirely in your browser — the answers you give a calculator are not sent anywhere, including to us.

Your rights. If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to us processing it. Write to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com and we will answer within a month.
